Example 1: the re-branding of National & Provincial Building Society to Abbey National – utter secrecy for most of the contract, 320 branches in mainland UK and Ireland, 112 closures, re-signage including temporary signs, re-imaging internally, managing four architectural practices, 13 Principal Contractors, over 50 subcontractors, and £13M spent in 11 weeks, with 100% success on vesting day.
Example 2: managing the demolition of a large factory site in Manchester for redevelopment, accident free and on time.
